We’re John and Katie Lore, a husband-and-wife team with over 21 years of marriage and a shared passion for capturing love stories.
John is the artist behind the lens, with a lifelong love for film that began when he was just a little boy. His passion led him to earn a degree in Fine Arts, honing his craft and developing a deep understanding of visual storytelling. Behind the scenes, Katie—once a kindergarten teacher with a heart for helping and connecting with people—now brings her warmth and organizational skills to every wedding we film.
Weddings hold a special place in our hearts—not just because we film them, but because we love them. In fact, we love weddings so much that we celebrated our own marriage twice—once in St. Louis at the City Museum and again with a beautiful Chinese wedding lovingly thrown for us by our friends while we were teaching in China.
